Mt Holly Club contributes skis & cash totaling $40,000

Press Release Body = Beaver, Utah - Mt Holly Partners LLC presented a $20,000 check
to the Beaver County
School District on Tuesday. This completed an offering worth $40,000 that Mt Holly
Partners made with the district in mid-November.
"We made a deal," said Craig Burton, owner and partner of Mt Holly Club. "We offered
to donate all of the ski equipment at the former Elk Meadows resort, and
additionally we
told the schools that after they sold this equipment we would match the sales with a
cash
donation."
"The schools did a great job," Burton said, "and we are happy to write out the check."
The entire amount of the donation in equipment and cash from Mt Holly Club totaled
$40,000.
Burton met with several representatives of the school district Tuesday at the district
offices in Beaver to present the check and update them on activities at the resort.
Accepting the donation on behalf of the district were Dr. Ray Terry, superintendent,
and
board members Carolyn White, Melissa Yardley, Bob Davidson, and Richard Limb (see
attached photo).
Burton re-emphasized Mt Holly Club's commitment to working with Beaver County
leaders and residents. "We are very excited about the Mt Holly Club and the benefit it
will be to the entire community," he said. "We are absolutely committed to being a good
corporate partner and neighbor to Beaver City and Beaver County, and we will continue
to look for opportunities to serve the community and improve the economy. Our
approach is different than that of past owners, and we are confident that it will
succeed
and become a real asset for the county."
